DEATH ON A BACK BENCH

Just back from Germany Mr. Harvey Close M. P. is all of a sudden dead in the House of Commons and from then out it is Echo's political reporter James Gibbs who is in a rough spot. A switching of brief cases, the hard push from the Prime Minister -- and the questionable Sir Mervyn --, and Gibbs, recovering from only a burglary, is haring away to protect his wife, the Kingdom -- and gaily, his newspaper.
