This is intended for those football addicts who have not outgrown their youthful passion for anything and everything connected with the game. (We have a sneaking that the majority of those perpetual adolescents will avidly read the sport section of the daily paper, but rarely crack a book, so it won't be easy to get at them.) However, you can promise them a banquet of pigskin tidbits, anecdotes, factual dope, stores of incidents, personalities, mistakes, achievements, served up with relish of enthusiasm on the part of the caterer -- in this case a sportswriter, columnist, author of Football Preview, of The Dame Story and other football yarns.
