ROPE CRAZY

An old miser is murdered and two strangers appear in town on the day Bonnie Rivers marries sadistic Dabling, only because her father wants her to. Dabling heads the party that lynches the strangers and Bonnie, sure they were innocent, refuses to recognize the marriage, thereby starting range warfare. A brother of one of the strangers, Owen, comes to clear their names, falls in love with Bonnie. Much more killing, with a happy ending for Owen and Bonnie. Some new touches and more concentration on the feminine than is usual in a western. Passing.
