KIRKUS REVIEW

More stories by writers of slick fiction for boys. Again the emphasis is on sports-baseball, fishing, riding etc. -- and on ""stout fellow"" sportsmanship. This collection has more humor of the elephantine sort associated with brief sport sketches and while not particularly funny, has a manly air of which the rugged outdoor young man will approve.
