KIRKUS REVIEW

Again capitalizing on the big time, big city gambling syndicates, this however reads like a road company Raymond Chandler. Masochistic private eye Barlow burns up the beds of L.A.'s fancy janes in between stiff biffs with underworld touts and finds a solution to a friend's murder ties in with shady operators. For those who like them uninhibited.
