KIRKUS REVIEW

Johnny Fletcher and am Cragg rough their way through a fine bit of guerilla warfare in a samples case which involves a gift horse (for whom they are guardians), a bookies, a murdered jockey, some itching-palmed relatives and fixed racing. Always after a jackpot, they find themselves better off broke, but they crack the case enroute. Slick, slaphappy.
