Except for real fans, this is a not too exciting sports mystery that tries to cover too much time and banks on the hackneyed theme of a New York reacketeer's attempt to undermine a small, but championship Southern college outfit. Vermonter Billy Patton's first year at Camelot see him grow from 6'3"" to 6'4"", go to New York with the team and meet sleazy Roy Vincent disguised as a jeweller, make the varsity back at Camelot, play along with Vincent in order to uncover him- and almost lose the respect of his school. Thomas G. arthur's short stroke, shadow effect drawings are bad on fore-shortening, show rather agonized expressions.
