KIRKUS REVIEW

Commercial flying in Texas and over Mexico. A 21-year old out of army makes the grade, after many adventures, and gets his pilot bars. Mysteries of dope smuggling, bandits, earthquakes, storms, plane accidents, etc. etc., make it seems a bit overladen. But the factual background seems authentic.
