KIRKUS REVIEW

Another in Mr. Litten's riproaring adventure series, with aviation to the fore. John Grayson, planter in the Philippines, and his two sons are caught up in pre-Pearl Harbor Jap intrigue. Plenty of jungle-talking, shooting, flying, make for too-coincidental and complicated a plot. The attempt to point a moral is lost in the blood and thunder. Bangup stuff nonetheless -- the sort of book that youngsters will find adequate interest holders stacked against the omnipresent comics.
