KIRKUS REVIEW

One hundred per cent female -- alluring, inconsequential, irritating and devastating by turns, shallow in intellectual concept, but with frequent keenness of wit and mind and understanding. Such is the heroine of this fanciful love story, told with facile grace and a certain slender charm. For a rather conservative market, with a trend towards old fashioned romance, and sufficient sense of humor to enjoy the tongue in cheek. Unimportant, from the average bookshop standpoint.
