RELIGION THAT IS ETERNAL

Here the Christian religion is expounded and presented as a way of life which can be grasped, lived with and bring rich satisfaction both now, in terms of the recognition of the spiritual foundation upon which all genuine human life must be built, and hereafter, in terms of the hopes which spring eternal in the human heart and which God may be trusted to fulfill. It would make an especially good guide for serious minded young people who are earnestly seeking a religion strong enough to bear the stresses and strains which modern living inevitably imposes upon them. Dr. Jordan seems to know how to make profound things comprehensible without falling into the trap of over-simplification. There is a summary at the end of each chapter which sums it up in outline form so that the reader can with a quick glance recall the way he has come. All in all, this is a good introduction to religion that is eternal.
