KIRKUS REVIEW

Still another holiday scrapbook, beginning with still another set of directions for making a paper bag mask, a witch's hat and a folded paper bat. Glovach--oops, Gibbons, also tells how to color your face with food dye and cold cream and how to make ""jack-o-lantern"" cookies, and she throws in some Halloween jokes, hidden pictures and games (find-the-pumpkin, musical hat) to play at your party. Done up in flashy, forgettable cartoons, it will go about as far as those prepacked loot bags supermarkets stock for the occasion.
