RESOURCES FOR LIVING: A PLAIN MAN'S PHILOSOPHY by Gaius Glenn Atkins

RESOURCES FOR LIVING: A PLAIN MAN'S PHILOSOPHY

By

Publisher: Harper

An Orchids on Your Budget for the more serious; A Man the Unknown for the less serious. A book for the thoughtful plain man seeking a way of life in a world that requires more resources than the average man knows how to dig up for himself. It is a dark horse because the market is so overrun with self-help and pseudo-philosophical books, yet Atkins is well known, the book is well done and will be well advertised so it will bear careful watching. Its title tells the story for it takes practically every phase of modern life and helps us to get the most out of it. In many difficult problems the author throws a keen and penetrating light. It is clever enough to appeal to the subtle, to be helpful to the dull.
