NEVER LET ME GO

By

Publisher: Morrow

In spite of a typical and extensive psychological probes, this still be-lan in the rental class -- with a taut, smooth story of a girl with too much mother, and the man who loves her. The girl is Alex, whose psychotically possessive and men-hating mother has brought her up to distrust all men -- and stay clear of them. Then she gets the perfect job as secretary to Mason, successful industralist, who falls in love with her, and who uses heavy pressure to persuade her to marriage. Once married, his jealousy is almost as destructive a force as her mother's love --but he learns -- the hard way -- to snaffle it. Love for the ladies, with high finish.
