BAT BOY OF THE GIANTS

Presumably ghost written, this purports to be the story of Garreau who has been bat boy for the New York Giants National League Baseball Team from the time he was fourteen. He tells boys a lot of things they want to know from the inside view of baseball, and provides a closeup of the great and the near great on the human side. A new angle for the army of fans- but pretty tripey for the rest of us.
