This second collection of recipes from the celebrated guests on daytime TV's Hour Magazine ranges from chef Wolfgang Puck's angel-hair pasta with shrimp and Ken Horn's shredded chicken (both among the many entries with a ""heart healthy"" designation) to a couple of Jell-O dishes--one of them, from ten-year-old guest Danny Pentauro, described as ""simplistic"" here. Fortunately, the first two examples are more typical of the collection; and though cookbook connoisseurs can safely pass this over, the series' popularity is no fluke: the recipes are undemanding, and a high proportion of the dishes homey, fresh-made, and tasty.
