From the ""high vitality breakfast"" to the ""good salad bowl luncheon"", on through the day- there is the strong emphasis on the right nutritive values as well as on the understanding and upkeep of your body. And again, in the extensive section on looks, there are health as well as cosmetic considerations. Celebrity studded, from Dr. Schweitzer to Mae West, primed with firm maxims (""forget your age""; keep "" one day a week to yourself"";) this reworks, expands, even distends his physical culture program to some 600 pages and one could wonder whether his lecture platform, consultation room following does not by now show certain signs of asthenia.
