A TREASURY OF NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL

Notre Dame alumni, fans and the famous ""subway alumni"" will revel in this starting with Notre Dame's first season in 1892, and bringing it down to the present. The interest will not be confined to Notre Dame, however. Individuals on their teams and the teams themselves come to life, through superb selection and pieces by such great sports writers as Grantland Rice, Bob Considine, Bill Stern, Red Smith etc. The teams and the players are all here, the history-making plays too, over 70 year worth.
