KIRKUS REVIEW

The Gene Fowler audience wont be disappointed in this one --nor in the subject, Mack Sennett. Principally the life of Sennett in his pie-throwing hey-day, with many sidelights on his associates and those he helped to stardom:- Mabel Normand, Polly Moran, Charlie Chaplin, etc., etc. Old names in review. Told with a grand strain of humor and just enough pathos.
