MENTAL MAGIC

Lamb lets would-be illusionists in on seventeen sleight-of-mind magic tricks, in which the performer ""divines"" what is in the minds of volunteers from the audience. He may work alone or with a partner, but never with a planted confederate -- that is not true magic. The only props required are coins, matches, playing cards and the like, and it's easier than it looks once you know how. . . unless of course the audience has seen this one before.
