KIRKUS REVIEW

For parents, primarily, with much good specific material and advice, from a realistic, independent and constructive point of view, Children's independent responsibility should be encouraged, an honest attitude toward sex should be fostered at an early age, and a sense of personal security developed, without any tendency to ever-protection. But, as with Psychiatry for The Curious (P. 465, 9/15/40 bulletin), the picture of the whole field of parental guidance results in a vague, general feeling, rather than a well focussed single aspect.
