KIRKUS REVIEW

A la previous Assignment in Guiana this is enemy-adventure-mystery tale that rolls along well. Maritime-Commissioned Andrew finds theft, murder, refugee jewels, love and intrigue complicate his stopover in Havana, tries to lone-hand in investigating but has to be pulled out of danger by the police. U-boats and beautiful women cause trouble too...Good job.
