JIMMY POTTS GETS A HAIRCUT

A story built around the ballooning of rumor into panic, so Jimmy lets the barber's son write on his newly shaven head, only to have an hysterical neighbor insist on his being taken to Bellevue for examination. The story grows- the barber's son runs away, causing a kidnapping scare and a premature wake. Jimmy's truthfulness is taken as fantasy in the hospital, and by the time he is dismissed, the neighbor, Mrs. Klein, is brewing new gossip and new trouble. Moments of fun.
