KIRKUS REVIEW

Clever, original plot with fresh character and career approach. Colley Dunsmuir, her architect father home from the war, and with her mother and brother making a happy family circle, finds intrusive neighbors disrupting the peace. They never seem to understand a rebuff, Colley is engaged in developing a novel business- a motion picture service for her friends and acquaintances, recording priceless moments such as weddings, new babies, birthdays, and so on. Then comes a tragic accident which may involve Colley's boy friend and the unwelcome neighbor in a manslaughter conviction and the new Service comes into dramatic play. A good story, well-told, with a happy ending.
