Big it is, and all with chocolate--mostly pastries and dessert fare. There is a brief section with some hair-raising recipes (South American) for main dishes in which chocolate is an ingredient, but most of the dishes are of the creamy sweet persuasion. In general this is a reliable specialty cookbook for party and church supper do's--fairly simple recipes with a fair range from firm to gloopy. With introductory pep talk and cake baking tips.
