KIRKUS REVIEW

Provocatively, this poses the problem of conventional children and unconventionally conditioned adults. Father and Mother gravitated in their youth to New York and its ""Bohemian"" life and are now appalled by their son's and daughter's correctness. Parental preddings bring on some temporary but quite disturbing innovations and both children must return to their security.
