AND HAVE NOT LOVE

The domestic doldrums of Beatrice Farish who- after witnessing the many marital experiences of her mother- wanted only emotional security and permanence. Starting off in her marriage to Porter with little save love, Beatrice finds that the years bring money, success, but also make him increasingly remote, restless. With the suggestion of another girl in Porter's life, Beatrice still hopes to keep her marriage intact, fends off the love of another man, and only when Porter shrugs off the tyranny of his boss- and money- do they get back to where they were. More substance than some, but certainly no reticence, this is readily rentable.
