THE COMPLETE MENU BOOK

This is one of the cook-book galley proofs that I longed to keep, for I found tempting recipes and suggestions for original meals on almost every sheet. Miss Lang has made a reputation with her previous volumes, Choice Menus and More Menus, and this new volume is more comprehensive than either of the others. She is not concerned with teaching the inexperienced to cook the staple items. Rather her purpose is to stir jaded imaginations and inspire housekeepers to more varied diets. Recipes accompany menus, so the arrangement is according to meals rather than courses. Good for individuals, for restaurant and the tea room proprietors, etc.
