The Goldreichs have peered into their vocational crystal ball and come up with an even more atypically attractive professional--Leslie Pearl writes popular songs when she's not teaching piano, arranging radio commercials or jamming with her musician friends. Unusual as Leslie may be, this photo-essay certainly can't be said to be glamorized; it's clear that her hustling diversity is necessary to eke out a living, and the fun is all in the sheer hard work. Though this series repeats itself, it does capture the day-to-day substance of these high-aspiration professions.
