WINGS OVER THE DESERT

The outbreak of war reflected in a Nevada newspaper office where a youthful assistant gets a break. An explosion in a local munition plant gives him a chance for some pretty adult reporting. He manages to get into the po that goes to the desert after the sours. Action packed chase yarn with young helpful hero in the lead. The newspaper and reporting background give it some vocational value, though the story is the paramount issue.
