KIRKUS REVIEW

Punk -- oh so dull. Lacks the vigor of his adventure tales, and is suspiciously suggestive of an effort to be ""thoughtful"" and ""challenging"". The story of a clergyman for whom life was made too easy, and who therefore decided to break the mold and find out for himself what it was all about. A bit hard on his wife, and not particularly satisfactory for anyone concerned.
