THE WHITE ELEPHANT MYSTERY

Bright eyed Djuna solves another adult-baffling mystery in the third of a good series. This time there's murder in the making on the high wire under the Big Top. Djuna and coincidence work for the good; a lost will is found through the device of hidden safe numbers, and the would-be murderers and circus racketeers get their just deserts. The circus setting catches the Big Top lingo and the small of sawdust. Though this is routine radio-serial stuff, the series fans and youngsters with aspirations of glory, should go for this mystery, better plotted and developed than the average juvenile fare.
