GARDEN EASILY

This isn't a vegetable gardener's book. It is a book that every gardener with very limited time and varied interests and a budget that doesn't include professional assistance should find a crutch to all his (or her) ambitions. It is a blueprint to successful gardening for beauty, for cutting, for landscaping, for efficiency, at least expenditure of time, effort and money. The author discusses the problems confronting every aspiring gardener, indicates what trees, shrubs, ground covers, perennials, annuals, vines, bulbs and tubers will give best results under least suspicious circumstances with least care. She treats his garden project month by month, so as to work towards succession of bloom. She discusses pests and fertilizers -- all with a view to cutting corners off time. This is one book I must have.
