LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR BABY by H. Kent Tenney

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR BABY

By

Pub Date: April 15th, 1940
Publisher: Univ. of Minn.

This covers, generally and simply, the first year of life. There are various guideposts of growth, feeding, development; cautions and advice; discussion of sickness and what to do about it. Never specifically detailed as to instructions, non-scarifying, average common sense talks with practical application. Slightly (oh so) humorous angle. The sort of book that parents who wont tackle the forbidding treatises will find they can use. Suggest that local pediatricicans have a look at the book with a view to recommending it to prospective mothers and mothers with young (particularly first) babies. Dr. Tenney is in active private practice as well as teaching pediatrics at the Univ. of Wisconsin. The format of the book is to be attractive and practical, and will be available in pink or blue, and will have a place for a record of the baby's first year. The ideal baby gift.
