KIRKUS REVIEW

The 14 stories from the magazine have a less familiar selection of authors than similar collections with only Davidson, Knight, Leiber and Blish among the better known. Theories of numbers make possible the spotting of a murderer among four telepaths; a flower arrangement a space problem; a machine falls in love with her creator and suicides when he lies, unknown wrecks the world. Standard level.
