EVERYWOMAN'S BOOK OF HOUSEHOLD REPAIRS

I'm not sure this is necessarily confined to the feminine sex, as there's lots here for any handyman as well in this fixit book of suggestions for the care and use as well as repair of household articles. From such miscellaneous items as porcelain, rubber, china and glass, shades, rugs, linoleum, pots and pans, furniture, stoves, radios, pianos, this goes on to home painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, house structure, floors, yard and garden equipment, and your car -- with a few notes on the elimination of household hazards. Sounds simple, but it will take a fairly ambitious amazon. The market should parallel that of First Aid for the Ailing House.
