KIRKUS REVIEW

Told by a young woman, for whom all mankind is divided into dark and light souls, this is the story of two sisters, one of whom kills the child of the other in a moment of aberration. The story-teller does not psychoanalyze the characters but simply traces the mental tangles back to their roots. A good example of nature confronted by morality. Simply written.
