THE FUNNIEST KILLER IN TOWN

The same personnel, the Old Man, Asst. D.A. Gibby and Mac, the same scene--Manhattan's wiggier phenomena, when a bearded bonecrusher threatens Gibby but succeeds in assaulting a cabdriver and strangling a retarded child (leaving a gag--the Dial-A-Prayer phone number--beside the gag in his mouth). Not much of a case really so you could say it was scrappy in either sense of the word.
