Good average great-open-spacer, with young Barnet trail-bossing cattle to be sold up north to an Indian reservation. Rival cattle men resort to low trickerty to beat him to the market; fugitive Indians make their demands on the herd, the ex-boss's sons attempts to turn outlaw; there are spies in his own crew. And all this adds to Barnet's troubles, but he wins through and gets a wife as well.
