KIRKUS REVIEW

Beginning with generalities about our presidents -- how we elect them, necessary qualities and so forth -the text goes on to a two page biography of each White House tenant, organized so that vital statistics are separated from a descriptive paragraph of the man's office term. Manning De V. Lee's two color picture spreads -portraits and life scenes -are attractive in design and informatively helpful.
