G. I. LAUGHS

A natural for civilians, this collection, of over two years of selections from the little magazines published in the Army camps throughout the country, for here the soldiers consider various topics of interest to them. With broad humor, in prose verse, cartoons, civilians, home, army life, girls, spies, officers, G.I., basic training, rules and regulations, slang, K. P., wolves, yardbirds, doctors are lampooned from the soldiers' own point of view. Hearty laughs, and though, in comparison with slick collections, lacking finish, there is no lack of fun.
