Aiming to achieve that ""perfect integrated whole appearance"", this slights no part of the total you to be improved on- whether as a child, an adolescent, over 18,over 30 of having attained the ""years of grace"". While it takes time and money (and you can raise your newly shaded eyebrows over some of the elixirs and extracts-placental for instance), there are sound fashion, cosmetic and health principles behind most of this advice on skin; makeup; your hands, your feet and your legs; your hair- and dyeing it; the bath- and the right perfumes; plastic surgery-psychologically necessary often; glasses and contact lenses; and the extra graceful touches in the way you walk, and talk, etc. ... Glamour culture- along with diets, exercises, for that home regimen, and there's that smartness of approach which many will find alluring in the conquest of allure.
