A Washington agency is the scene of Joyce Reeves' trial and her triumph. Daughter of a member of the agency who is temporarily recuperating in Arizona, Joyce becomes embroiled in a wicked plot instigated by her employer who is attempting to exploit the organization for his own ends. Lobbies, pressure groups, endless incomprehensible conferences and business discussions all precede Joyce's smashing victory when she helps defend the integrity of her father's dreams and incidentally finds herself a dashing beau. An exercise in unabashed mediocrity.
