SPAGHETTI FOR BREAKFAST: And Other Useful Phrases in Italian and English

Well, one just might need to say the Italian equivalent for ""I love spaghetti for breakfast"" and actually most of the phrases are well attuned to the exigencies of touring and the possibilities of emergency. The Italian, coupled with a phoneticaid pronunciation, should be easy to memorize. Even more memorable are the line drawings. Two chubby little children, dressed as sophisticated American travelers, romp by the Roman landmarks in nonsensical demonstrations of the situations in which to use each phrase. The book will be as helpful to adults as children who need a few handy phrases for a brief trip.
