KIRKUS REVIEW

The alarm theme again, this time with burglars instead of fire as the goad, and coupled with some absorbing doings with electro-magnets and ham radios. Kenneth, well on his way towards becoming an absent minded inventor, works around with magnets and tubes, helps his sister when she has to give a report on magnets in school, finally comes up with a small bell alarm that proves a thief has entered their house and as a reward, is promised a transmitter kit. This one has its humor too.
