KIRKUS REVIEW

Steve Prentiss, a lawyer, wakes up to the fact that his wife has been killed- so the insinuations of a blonde who wants $50,000, and the more vindictive accusations of Sgt. Dore who has him figured for the murder. His self-defense reveals his wife's weaknesses- in bed and at the gambling tables, sparks a second murder, and brings only the satisfaction of his own innocence..... Rough- and ready for habitues only.
