WHAT CAN I KNOW?

A many-faceted career backgrounds this book. The author has taught in China, served as an editor of Fortune, edited Quaker publications, been an efficiency expert. In this book his Quaker mysticism, his realistic business man's approach to life, his philosophical bent are evident. He endeavors to answer such fundamental questions as ""Why am I here?"" ""What is real?"" ""What can I know?"" He interprets life in terms of the facts he encounters, the most significant of which is God. The style is unconventional, intended to be sting but instead seems confusing. Not outstanding.
