Hitler's rise to power, his handling of the labor surplus to create a labor shortage, the Four Year Plan with the synthetic compounds put into use to replace natural resources, the motorization and militarization of Germany, programs for youth, for the peasantry, the elimination of the Jew, etc. Statistics and examples from everyday life evenly combined to make an informative and readable study.
