It is inconceivable to me that normal children would find this entertaining. And yet if it isn't meant to be a ""funny book"" it has no reason for being. The text tells of a father way off in the tropics, who gets homesick for his family, tries to get plane passage and falls -- and follows the suggestion of a Chinese laundryman who lions him flat, folds him and puts him into an envelope to go airmail, with instructions to his family as to what to do to bring him back to life. But the instructions are in , and it is only by accident that the crumpled figure tumbles into the bathtub, like the little paper flowers, comes to life.
