KIRKUS REVIEW

The author of the popular Sur Barton series turns to a sure pop girls' story more entertainment than vocational education, in a story of Carol's first year in New York at an apprentice theatre school. Theatre is scrubbed up very clean for the purpose (stress again the fictional rather than vocational slant) and it should prove just as enticing to girls as her hospitals have been.
